Mutilated Body Found In Park
The body of a young woman was found in the East Side Park this morning, severely mutilated with the throat slit and missing at least one arm.
The body was discovered by local resident Paolo Hernandez who was walking his dog. Forensic experts said the victim was in her late teens or 20s, showed signs of injury, and was a brunette with a small tattoo on the left ankle. It is suspected the corpse was at the site for quite some time as it was in an advanced state of decomposition, and was brought to the scene after having been killed elsewhere.
“We are treating this as a murder enquiry” said Detective Inspector Rachel Bowman “We are working to identify the victim and appeal to anybody who may have information to come forward”
